We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission‑critical construction projects across the United States. This role will play a key part in managing high‑value, fast‑paced projects where safety, quality, and schedule adherence are critical to success.
You will oversee site operations from pre‑construction through close‑out, working closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure world‑class project delivery in environments where uptime and reliability are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on‑site construction activities for mission‑critical projects, including data centers and other critical facilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality controls, and safety performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and site‑specific requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams to support seamless project delivery
  • Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress and risk updates
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and close‑out processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7–10 years of construction management experience, with significant exposure to mission‑critical or complex technical projects
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale projects in live or high‑reliability environments (data centers highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and cost controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of US construction codes, standards, and OSHA safety requirements
  • Ability to travel or relocate to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience delivering data center projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clients
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6, MS Project)
  • OSHA 30 certification (or higher)
