This role is critical to the successful execution of high‑voltage electrical infrastructure projects supporting utilities, renewable integration, and grid modernization.
The Construction Manager will oversee all site‑based activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑impact power projects in a growing market sector.

  • Oversee project schedules, field budgets, quality control, and daily construction operations
  • Enforce strict compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and utility safety standards
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve site issues proactively
  • Ensure adherence to construction drawings, technical specifications, and approved methods
  • Support testing, energization, and close‑out activities in coordination with utility stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate progress reporting and communicate risks, delays, or changes to project leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of construction management or supervisory experience within substation or power infrastructure projects

  • Familiarity with US electrical codes, standards, and utility requirements
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with transmission & distribution (T&D) or renewable interconnection projects
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Working knowledge of commissioning and energization processes
