The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be key to retaining and growing our service contract portfolio. You’ll:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize product utilization
- Prepare and negotiate contract proposals, ensuring on-time renewals
- Build strong client relationships, attending performance reviews and advocating for their needs
- Analyze performance data to drive growth and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to deliver exceptional service
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling experience with technical aptitude
- Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer success
- Communications or marketing degree preferred
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings
