As a Project Planner your remit will include:
- Working with the Management team and Project Managers to produce and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocation plans across the portfolio.
- Provide detailed impact plans for assessment of variations.
- Assisting sales team to provide detailed tender programmes.
- Coordination and liaison with site-based installation/commissioning teams, providing programme updates and driving progress.
- Coordination and liaison with internal (shop floor build and purchasing) and external (BOM suppliers) supply chain for provision of installation materials to the agreed plan / work schedule.
- Reporting progress, performance, and commercial information to the Programme Management team.
What you will bring to the company:
Requirements (Essential):
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience using P6 or MS Project to delivery complex engineering projects.
- Proven experience & understanding of NEC contracts and how this is applied to planning.
- Good skills/experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, databases
Requirements (Desirable):
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Experience of work planning / work allocation
- Experience of Earned Value Analysis
- Experience of monitoring procurement, supply chain, subcontractors, and logistics
- Experience of working on projects for National Grid and/or other large scale electricity generating companies/transmission companies.

As a OT Cyber Security Consultant your remit will include:
Due to an increased workload, our client requires a highly skilled and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Consultant to fill a crucial role within our dynamic and growing team. This role is designed for an individual ready to be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge OT cyber security solutions across a range of sectors, with a focus on industrial automation and control systems (IACS). The ideal candidate will bring to the table not only deep technical expertise in areas such as NIS Regulations, Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS), OT Operating Models, OT Cyber Governance, and OT Security Architecture but also a suite of soft skills that facilitate effective communication, client relations, leadership, and project management. This position is key in bridging the gap between our clients' strategic objectives and Capula's efforts to meet those goals, requiring a blend of robust technical knowledge, strong communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems as deployed in Critical National Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be adaptable, quick to learn, and ready to hit the ground running on live and upcoming projects, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive security strategies that align perfectly with our clients' business objectives.
What you will bring to the company:
Essential Technical/Knowledge Skills:
- Recognised OT Security Certifications: Possession of at least one OT security industry certification with a strong preference for ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert. Other accepted certifications include but are not limited to: ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Design Specialist, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Maintenance Specialist, SANS Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), and Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA). (Role holders without certification need to have significant experience with Operational Technology Cyber Security (5+ years) and the ISA 62443 standard, that would equate to a similar level of knowledge).
- ICS Expertise: At least 2 years minimum direct experience with critical infrastructure and ICS, including familiarity with SCADA HCI systems, PLCs, RTUs, etc., demonstrating a nuanced understanding of the complex security landscapes of ICS and critical infrastructure.
- CSMS Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in the design, implementation, or oversight of Cyber Security Management Systems aligning with ISA 62443-2-1 standards.
- ISA/IEC 62443: Clear experience of implementing the ISA/IEC 62443 suite of standards, especially ISA-62443-2-1 and ANSI/ISA-62443-3-3
- Regulatory Compliance: Advanced knowledge in guiding clients through the maze of regulatory standards, such as the NIS Regulations, with a solid foundation knowledge in relevant legal, regulatory, and industry considerations.
- Security Evaluation Experience: Experience in conducting detailed security assessments, audits, and gap analyses against standards, frameworks and guidance such as HSE OG-86, NIST SP 800-82, CAF, and/or NIST CSF 2.0, to evaluate and enhance clients' security posture.
- Policy Development Skill: Ability in crafting comprehensive OT Security Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Work Instructions within a CSMS framework.
- Risk Assessment Capability: Experience in conducting or assisting with OT security risk assessments, with a preference for adherence to the ANSI/ISA-62443-3-2 standard. Other relevant risk frameworks such as
- ISA 62443 Standards Application: Demonstrated application of the ISA 62443 standards suite in relevant sectors.
- Communication Protocol Familiarity: Knowledge of ICS communication protocols, such as MODBUS, OPC, DNP3, etc.

As a Technical Bid Specialist your remit will include:
Day-to-day activities of the tendering function involve delivering a wide range of Protection and Control solutions to our customers. The role can include assuming the bid lead role or liaising with the bid lead and business head for the opportunity. This will include completing pre-qualification and/or proposal documentation; identifying and detailing solutions to address client requirements; preparing cost estimates and managing client queries. In addition to exposure to the tendering environment, knowledge/experience of Substation Protection and Control systems, electrical engineering, and/or different PLC/SCADA technology architectures, together with design, implementation, testing, site installation and commissioning of these systems is desirable. You will interpret the client's requirements, develop a solution and then identify suitable suppliers when required. Some travel to customer or supplier sites is expected, either attending with the relevant sales lead, other BDEs or on your own.
The successful candidate ideally shall be technically knowledgeable and experienced in Protection and Control, , hardware or Electrical engineering in a solution delivery or sales environment.

- At least 5 years' experience in Protection and Control - Software, Hardware or Electrical engineering with a good understanding of the engineering processes used in the development and execution of successful solutions.

As a Project Manager your remit will include:
A Project Manager is required to manage a series of projects to deliver upgrades/modifications to existing Transmission substation protection and control systems for National Grid and other customers in the Power Transmission industry. The Project Manager will ideally have some experience gained in delivering projects, based in these disciplines to the Power Transmission industry or similar. This role will include occasional travel to customer sites.

- Demonstrable project management experience within an engineering industry, preferably Power Transmission industry or similar regulated background
- Demonstrable experience planning and scheduling work activities using Microsoft Project.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be commercially astute & be able to identify early commercial and technical risks/issues and find resolutions.
- Must have demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction and quality.
- Experience of subcontractor management
- Strong leadership skills, including team management experience.
- Current driving license and must be prepared to travel, with some stays away at customer sites.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge working to NEC3/4 contracts.
- Working towards or completed the APM Practitioner Qualification or an equivalent recognized Project Management Course
