Collaborate with project teams to ensure that budgets are met and change is managed with appropriate approvals. Monitor and control costs associated with labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors of suppliers. Evaluate and manage risks associated with project costs and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks in sr. leadership governance.
Develop a cashflow and report actual vs planned expenditures. Provide bi-weekly reports and visibility to the Factory Program Central PMO
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team, suppliers, and contractors. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans for the different projects.
- Stablish and Implement effective quality management to support project activities.
- Set up and develop QAQC procedures, ITP, report KPIs, and support project activities with EPC contractors .
- Monitor test packs for incorporation into as-built dossiers
- Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QC manager.
- Working closely with MEP teams for system closeout.

- Takes the lead on resolving all Non-conformance Reports (NCR's)

Requirements:
