The role ensures that assurance mechanisms, data integrity, and reporting processes are effectively managed to drive compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
This position also provides technical support for the Project Reporting Tool (Insight) and the Health, Safety, Environmental and Emergency Preparedness Performance Index (HSEPI), enabling the leadership team to make informed, data-driven decisions and proactively identify emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Assurance
- Coordinate and oversee EHS audit and inspection schedules across mechanical and electrical scopes, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Support internal and external audits through document preparation, data collation, and evidence management.
- Facilitate management system reviews and governance meetings by providing accurate performance data and insights.
Data Management and Reporting
- Lead ownership of the Project Reporting Tool (Insight), ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and timely action close-out across all stakeholders.
- Analyse EHS data from Insight and other sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce and present Power BI dashboards and performance reports for leadership review, translating data into actionable insights.
- Maintain consistency of data across systems and contribute to the wider EHS performance dashboard.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for EHS governance-related queries, supporting both internal and client interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, site teams, and client representatives to drive standardisation and best practice.
- Communicate findings and performance updates effectively through leadership forums and project reviews.
Coaching and Development
- Provide training and coaching to project personnel on the use of Insight and the value of accurate reporting.
- Support the wider team in interpreting and applying data insights to strengthen decision-making and improve performance outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce engagement activities, campaigns, and improvement initiatives to promote a proactive EHS culture.
Job Assignments, Measurements & Sphere of Influence
- The EHS Governance Advisor interfaces with the EHS Team, Site Leadership, and Tier-2 Contractors under the Arabelle Solutions scope, ensuring governance standards are embedded, traceable, and verifiable across all project phases - design, construction, and commissioning
Training
- Current CCNSG Safety Passport.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent.
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Qualification.
- First Aid at Work.
