WTG Installation Client Representative Offshore Germany - Nordsee Cluster A 23/05/2026 – 31/12/2026                 SCOPE OF WORKS The WTG Installation VESSEL REPRESENTATIVE shall be based aboard the NORSE WIND Installation Vessel, feeding back to the RWE LOG and WTG Package, and shall act as RWE’s primary point of contact for all activities undertaken from aboard the WTG installation vessel.   DELIVERABLES <ul><li>Represent the RWE WTG package on the installation vessel and act as the main point of contact for all RWE activities and requests, involving in particular the supervision and coordination of vessel operations, turbine installation works and RWE crew change logistics.</li><li>The representative shall witness operational activities where safe to do so, observe the Contractor’s performance, and represent the WTG package team in matters of HSE, quality, Contractors' procedures, and programme.</li><li>Attend regular meetings and conference calls on behalf of the WTG package when required.</li><li>Provide regular reporting towards the RWE WTG package team</li><li>Document and agree (with the representatives of the WTG OEM contractor and the Installation Vessel) the progress of the works on a daily basis in the form of a Daily Progress Report (DPR). Your function We wish to reinforce our team working on Power System Operations and Security in the context of deep integration of renewable energy sources and Energy/Balancing Market Integration. To achieve this, we are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in transmission system operation. These experts will participate in local and international projects focusing on RES integration, security of supply, sustainability and economic efficiency of Power Systems. Typical activities involve (but are not limited to):

<li>Analysis and definition of operational principles;</li>
<li>Model definition and validation;</li>
<li>Steady-state analysis (load flow, short circuit calculations, etc.);</li>
<li>Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, voltage stability, etc.);</li>
<li>Grid Code requirement and connection compliance studies;</li>
<li>Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (e.g., capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning);</li>
<li>Support business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with clients and developing proposals.</li>
</ul>
 Your profile 
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Engineering or Applied Mathematics/Physics;</li>
<li>10 years of experience in Power System Operations and Security (balancing and RES system integration, system operation and state-of-the-art technological solutions);</li>
<li>Expertise in translating complex data into key strategic insights and valuable actions;</li>
<li>Knowledge of power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE);</li>
<li>Fluent in English;</li>
<li>Additional language skills are considered a strong asset.</li>

Electrical Technician – Senior 05/2026 – 12/2026 Olen, Belgium This client develops and produces advanced technological materials used in batteries, catalysts, electronics, and clean mobility solutions. Sustainability, innovation and operational reliability are at the core of the company’s strategy. This role sits within CRD General Services at the Olen site, responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and continuity of the site’s electrical distribution networks. The electrical distribution network — both high and low voltage — is essential to ensuring the site's safety, continuity and technical performance. You’ll support the department with the maintenance of transformers & switches, replacing parts, and installations. Most of the time this is high voltage, but low-voltage is also part of the package and installations. You’ll work very closely with your colleague(s) due to the 4-eye principle during the execution of your high voltage works.
