We innovate and produce high-performance materials for solar cells, rechargeable batteries, and catalysts, while also recycling precious metals from electronic devices. We aim to be a clear world leader in materials for clean mobility and recycling and have turned our sustainability approach into an even greater competitive advantage. Department description and responsibilities The mission is to support business operations in Belgium by ensuring the smooth execution and follow-up of operational activities, contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance. Project description: - Execute and coordinate closing activities - Perform analysis of operational results and provide relevant reporting. - Ensure follow-up of operations in Belgium. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of operational processes. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to operational performance. - Support data validation and reporting activities. Technical profile requirements - 3-5 Years experience as Finance controller. - In-depth knowledge of general and analytical accounting. - Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial reports. - Strong Excel skills are required. - Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. - Experience within Industrial environment is a strong plus. Non-Technical profile requirements - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Autonomous and proactive working style. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in an international environment. - Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments is considered an asset. Methodology/Certification requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
