This company are a global leader in marine engineering, is hiring a Fleet Project Manager to lead the onboarding of two new jack-up vessels and critical equipment into our Maximo asset management system.
You'll coordinate across engineering, digital, and operations teams to ensure accurate data integration and long-term asset reliability. This role is essential for maintaining operational readiness and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage integration projects for two jack-up vessels
- Oversee asset data creation and maintenance strategy in Maximo
- Collaborate with engineering, digital teams, and vessel crew
- Ensure data quality and compliance with asset management standards
- Report progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Project management experience in maritime/offshore/heavy equipment
- Familiar with Maximo or similar systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (e.g., DevOps)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in digital asset management and maritime operations
