As Harbour & Warehouse Team Lead you will supervise a team of four Warehouse Coordinators working a rotation across two directly managed warehouses, rental warehouse facilities, and a directly managed crew boat harbour facility. You will be the scope lead, reporting directly to the Construction Manager/ Deputy Construction Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be a safety leader to the team.
- Direct supervision, teambuilding, and day-to-day tasking of the working team.
- Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, no rotation.
- Responsibility for the directly managed warehouses in all aspects, e.g. safe job analysis for every activity, forklift management, inventory management, building and facilities management.
- Responsibility for inventory management in the rental warehouse spaces.
- Regular site visits and supervision of team.
- Responsibility for audits, tracking and recertification of PPE stock sign in/out and reporting deficiencies to project leadership.
- Responsibility and management of Connex containers and other rental equipment, ensuring supply meets demand from remote sites.
- Responsibility for audits and tracking of project owned lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Collecting or requesting return of expiring items from remote sites to remain within certification.
- Stakeholder management for rented spaces and other teams that require support.
- Prepare and deliver clear weekly reports to the Construction Manager / Deputy Construction Manager, covering key metrics such as inventory status, team performance, safety observations, issues, and upcoming needs.

Mandatory:
- TWIC card
- Non expired and non-suspended driving license
- Able and willing to work independently
- Organized and meticulous
Preferable:
- Experience in using/driving a fork truck.
- Flexibility with working hours on occasion.
Recommended relevant education:
- 2 years' experience from similar position.
- Local knowledge
- Slinger / banksman
