What will you do?
As an HR direct officer, you are part of the beating heart of the HR direct team in the Netherlands and all the associated responsibilities. You are in contact with employees, managers and HR business partners from all business units via chat, tickets and telephone and answer their questions. You are part of sub-teams and within those teams you focus on specific topics and processes that you try to improve together.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Answering HR questions via phone, chat, email and tickets
• Processing all inflow, throughput and outflow of employees
• Timely processing of contract changes
• Advising employees on all HR admin related matters
• Improving processes
