We are seeking a senior S&C Engineer Representative – SCADA Commissioning to support EPC Electrical Systems within SCADA. The purpose of the assignment is to provide independent supervision and coordination of SCADA commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, SIT, and on-site execution, ensuring full compliance with client's standards, project specifications, National Grid requirements, and applicable HSE rules and local legislation. The consultant will assume day-to-day responsibility for managing and coordinating SCADA commissioning activities on site. This includes supervising contractors, ensuring quality and documentation of tests, signing off contractor checklists, and driving closure of snag lists. Lead Engineer, Planning – x2 Duration: 01/03/2026 to 30/06/2027 Type: Freelance Rotations: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day Description: These roles support nuclear projects by providing planning and engineering expertise in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Electrical Engineering. Two positions: one for Biblis Nuclear Site, one for Lingen Nuclear Site Candidates will work predominantly on-site to integrate into active project teams. The sub-project managers manage the sub-projects tailored to technical aspects and are responsible for the completeness, consistency and correctness of the engineering planning in the sub-projects. They are also responsible for meeting deadlines and planning budgets. In this project, TPL combines the technical project functions (in particular specialist project management), order management, quality management and (preparatory work for) scheduling. WTG Fabrication Supervisor Gdansk, Poland 06/2026 – 06/2027 Monday – Friday Role: Monitor Quality and progress during the manufacturing of Wind Turbine Towers at Supplier site in Poland and checking NCRs rectification or retrofits works at preassembly site. WTG Fabrication Supervisor

Offshore Works Coordinator - OSS Period - 23/03/2026 to 30/08/2026 Location - Role will be based offshore at the NSC-A Windfarm OSS. Base Port will be Eemshaven or Emden (Heliport) Rotations – 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off Description: JOB DESCRIPTION The main task of the Works coordinator is to be the SPOC for logistic planning and crew changes handled from Offshore • Collect demand of Contractors and align with the onshore logistics team and MCC • Support for manifesting between OSS and JUB. • Ensure that all requirements for cargo movement are fulfilled (lifting plans in place, correct marking, supervision) The Works coordinator shall work closely with the Offshore Construction Manager and support / deputise him where necessary for • Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and other discussions as well as package/project meetings. Aligning and escalating topics (as necessary) to the Offshore Site Management. • Ensure that specific tasks are completed safely, on time, and with due consideration and attention to the project requirements (RAMS) for the assigned scope of work. • Review and understand the Project’s HSE Plan, including the Emergency Response Plan, and ensure Contractor adheres to the HSE requirements; • Review health and safety documents as required before the execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents; • Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) which will include progress of the works, mechanical breakdown, weather downtime etc. and ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties (as appropriate); • Support the prioritisation and coordination of works, including coordination of required resources and communicate requirements to the Offshore Site Management Team. • Ensure Contractor compliance with technical/operational requirements and that works are executed in a safe manner and to the required quality; • Monitor Safety Observations Cards (SOCs) during daily meetings and ensure they are recorded within the DPR. Highlight any of particular note or concern toward Offshore Site Management and HSE team. • During all defined key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness during installation. • Where the HSE Team is unable to attend any asset, vessel or location carry out planned HS&E inspection(s) on their behalf. • Participate in safety walks with health and safety representatives from the Project Company and Contractor. Identify and report any safety-related observations on a day to day basis whilst performing primary duties. • In the event of incident / accident take detailed notes, timeline, pictures and generally gather information to support investigation(s). NOTE – The Contractor will almost always lead on investigation but it is helpful for Project Company to have its own information available. • Where necessary, act on behalf of the Packages Quality Manager and participate in walkdowns, progress monitoring, identification of non-conformance and witnessing in accordance with project Quality Management Plan and Contractor ITPs. HVDC Package Manager Location: Swindon/London/Coventry/Site Duration: 30/03/2026 to 30/04/2027 Project: Norfolk Rotation: Mon–Fri, 40 hours per week Outside IR35 Description The HVDC Package Manager is responsible for the delivery of the HVDC contract and coordination of all packages forming the HVDC transmission system, including the Onshore Substation, Offshore Substation and the 400kV grid connection. The role operates with full autonomy under a Statement of Work (SoW), providing expert consultancy, technical leadership and contract oversight for the client’s offshore wind project. Key Responsibilities • Act as an independent specialist consultant delivering the HVDC package scope under a Statement of Work (SoW). • Provide expert guidance during development, negotiation and execution of HVDC-related contracts. • Act as Client Representative under the HVDC works contract. • Produce and maintain the HVDC package execution plan including schedule, budget forecasts and risk/opportunity assessments. • Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for the HVDC package in collaboration with the Contracts Manager. • Coordinate technical inputs, engineering assessments and specialist analyses to support decision-making. • Review contractor proposals, schedules and methodologies, providing independent technical and commercial recommendations. • Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, MWS, regulatory bodies and certification entities. • Prepare interface plans, action logs and progress reporting in line with SoW requirements. • Provide specialised HSE advisory for HVDC construction activities. • Review contractor HSE documentation and ensure alignment with relevant industry standards. • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for the project leadership team summarising progress, risks and key decisions. • Provide independent expert input at project meetings as required.
