WORK SCHEDULE
Subject to change depending on operational progress:
  • Morning Shift: 07:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 13:00 – 20:00
  • Weekend Shift: 12 hours/day (as scheduled)
  • Weekend Work: 1 out of 3 weekends

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marine Coordinator ensures the safety of offshore activities, controls and secures access to the offshore site and associated ports (primarily the maintenance base) by ship. The role involves active participation in activity planning and operational optimization while maintaining 24/7 maritime coordination coverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead daily coordination meetings (internal and external)
  • Ensure activity reporting to Production Manager and Site Manager
  • Coordinate internal and external feedback sessions
  • Ensure implementation of actions to optimize offshore and port operations
2. Risk Assessment & HSE Compliance
  • Participate in risk assessment and analysis of offshore and port activities
  • Propose safety recommendations
  • Ensure HSE rules are respected in conjunction with Site Manager and HSE Manager
  • Verify staff authorizations and communicate safety instructions to all parties
3. Operational Planning
  • Participate in operations planning with production and site managers
  • Contribute to short and medium-term schedule development
  • Manage daily coordination meetings and issue access permissions while managing priorities
  • Establish and maintain contact with maritime authorities (Port, CROSS)
4. Activity Tracking & Surveillance
  • Monitor personnel movements (working at sea and wind farm entry)
  • Track transport means and on-site receptions
  • Coordinate visitor access for exceptional exemptions
  • Ensure continuous site surveillance and monitoring of all vessels, barges, floating structures, and aircraft passing through or near the site
  • Coordinate vessel positioning to minimize downtime, avoid conflicts of interest, and maximize safety
  • Make appropriate arrangements for third-party vessels
5. Maritime Operations
  • Track equipment to and from offshore site
  • Ensure safe handover at end of watch for 24/7 continuity
  • Supervise safe and timely embarkation/disembarkation of CTVs (Crew Transfer Vessels)
  • Oversee safe loading and unloading of equipment
  • Track hazardous products used in park operations
  • Inform vessels about exclusion zones, access restrictions, diving operations, and heavy maintenance operations
6. Weather Monitoring & Safety
  • Monitor on-site weather evolution
  • Immediately inform ships of weather deterioration
  • Coordinate team repatriation when necessary for safety
  • Share safety alerts and safety-relevant information (particularly to fishermen and boaters)
  • Maintain good relationships with other sea users
7. Asset Protection & Monitoring
  • Signal and record position of subsea equipment or abandoned/overboard equipment
  • Monitor asset functioning and trigger interventions via Operational Center (OCC) to restore production
  • In case of intrusion on assets, ensure doubt removal via video surveillance and notify authorities
8. Crisis & Incident Management
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting of emergency exercises
  • Ensure Emergency Response Plan implementation
  • Collect, centralize, and disseminate information during potential or actual crises (handrail)
  • Assist HSE Manager in incident analysis (near misses, first aid situations, or situations of greater severity)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Passport (minimum 1 year validity)
  • Right to work in France
  • Proficiency in French (working language)
  • PPE as per defined HSE requirements (provided by contractor)
