The Power Transmission Project Operations section is responsible for execution of the turnkey and offshore projects within the business group The Project Manager role is the operational head of a defined project or package, organized in the Projects section and acting as responsible for one or more projects First level of escalation from the project manager is the Project Director or to an appointed management representative, for supervision. The formal head above the PM is the leader of the steering committee. Site Commissioning Manager Location: BVB Stadium in Dortmund Duration: 01/12/2025 to 31/05/2026 Type: Freelance contract Rotation: 20 hours a week – part time Project: Arena Description: Battery project at the Dortmund Arena Stadium: Commissioning Manager: Efficient and comprehensive management of the cold and hot commissioning process in collaboration with the respective service and component providers (BESS container, PE inverter, Siemens MV transformation, overall electrical installation, integration of PV-plant interface etc. this in conjunction with a (non scope) Solar project Due to the uniqueness (stadium environment) and complexity of the project in terms of interfaces knowledge of E and commissioning is required The BESS container has already arrived, the electrical installation is ongoing, the PE inverter is expected to be delivered in CW3/2026 and the MV transformation shall arrive in March 2026. The cold and hot commission needs to be executed accordingly for a project closure in 05/2026 (as per current project timeline). Experience of site and commissioning management is required with an electrical /C&I background. Flexibility and stakeholder management is a plus. Foreseen is a start in December 2025 with limited participation as of January 2026 1/2 FTE workload is needed. This until May 2025.

This role requires strict attention to detail, safety consciousness, and technical expertise in pressure vessel inspection. Primary Responsibilities 1. Internal Cleanliness Inspection • Witness and verify cylinder internal cleanliness compliance with ANSI N14.1 / ISO 7195 standards 2. Component Installation Oversight • Witness valve and plug installation immediately following internal inspection per latest Westerman procedure (client-released version) • Verify applied torque values align with WNTI GPG – Installation of valves and plugs in UF6 cylinders 3.
