Onshore Landfall Site Manager Location: Happisburgh NR12 - South Denes Road, Great Yarmouth Duration: 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2027 Project: Norfolk Vanguard West and East OWF Type: Freelance, outside IR35 Role description: The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will support the Offshore Site Manager (OSM) in the management of the site establishment and works co-ordination for the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12, for the completion of HDD and the subsequent installation, jointing and testing of 2x 320kV offshore cables plus associated. Experience of the management of offshore wind farm construction, including an appreciation of the Principal Contractor duties under the CDM (2015) Regulations is required. The scope of works will be carried out at the Principal Contractor construction coordination base in Norfolk, and the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12. Flexible working hours will be essential given the 24-hour offshore construction process, and it is expected that the Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will work with either a 10 on 4 off shift rotation or Monday to Friday with sufficient provisions for travel - yet to be defined. The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will have the day-to-day responsibility for the coordination and management of works within the PC Zone 3 Site and related to the landfall installation of the offshore export cables. Reporting activity to line management and the wider project will be daily and weekly. There will be a requirement to attend and where relevant chair daily and weekly meetings attended by the GSM, OSM, Marine Coordinators, Permit Coordinators and all Contractors. 03/2026 – 05/2027 Denmark – travel to various locations globally 14/14 rotation   Description: <ul><li>UVS Operator/Pilot that can operate the clients USV´s from on of the Ørsted Remote Operating Centers (ROC).</li><li>It will primarily be from the ROC at the ESK or GTF office location (candidate can often chose).</li><li>Initially and occasionally there will be trips to site (Grimsby UK) to either operate the vessel from the ROC or via remote control within line of sight to get the USV in and out of harbor.</li><li>This will be on ad-hoc basis, up to 12 hours per day and up to 7 days a week.
