The Opportunity
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the offshore wind sector to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee major component replacement campaigns across a large-scale portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on planning and delivering complex offshore operations, including heavy-lift vessel campaigns, while driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple assets.

The Opportunity
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the offshore wind sector to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee major component replacement campaigns across a large-scale portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on planning and delivering complex offshore operations, including heavy-lift vessel campaigns, while driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead readiness and planning for major component replacement campaigns (WTG >5MW)
- Coordinate offshore marine operations, including jack-up vessel campaigns
- Develop and optimise logistics strategies across a fleet-wide portfolio
- Manage scheduling, operational priorities, and campaign execution
- Act as a key interface between technical, engineering, and marine teams
- Support vessel procurement, tendering processes, and contract negotiations
- Ensure availability of marine assets, tooling, and service resources
- Monitor campaign performance, driving cost efficiency and downtime reduction
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, supply chain, HSSE, and site teams
- Deliver clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in offshore wind project management
- Strong understanding of:
- Wind turbine generator (WTG) technology
- Heavy lift / jack-up vessel operations
- Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Offshore) or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
- Willingness to travel across Europe and spend time offshore
- GWO certification
- Hands-on offshore experience
- Work on high-value, complex offshore campaigns
