Project Manager – Major Offshore Campaigns
London / Swindon / Northern Europe (Hybrid Offshore Travel)
£800 per day (Contract)
6-month contract (with potential extension)

The Opportunity

We’re supporting a leading organisation in the offshore wind sector to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee major component replacement campaigns across a large-scale portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on planning and delivering complex offshore operations, including heavy-lift vessel campaigns, while driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead readiness and planning for major component replacement campaigns (WTG >5MW)
  • Coordinate offshore marine operations, including jack-up vessel campaigns
  • Develop and optimise logistics strategies across a fleet-wide portfolio
  • Manage scheduling, operational priorities, and campaign execution
  • Act as a key interface between technical, engineering, and marine teams
  • Support vessel procurement, tendering processes, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure availability of marine assets, tooling, and service resources
  • Monitor campaign performance, driving cost efficiency and downtime reduction
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, supply chain, HSSE, and site teams
  • Deliver clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in offshore wind project management
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Wind turbine generator (WTG) technology
    • Heavy lift / jack-up vessel operations
  • Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Offshore) or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and spend time offshore
Desirable
  • GWO certification
  • Hands-on offshore experience
