We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead automation, controls, and instrumentation projects across our operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in industrial automation systems—PLCs, SCADA, HMIs—as well as instrumentation systems for process monitoring and control. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead automation, controls, and instrumentation projects across our operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in industrial automation systems—PLCs, SCADA, HMIs—as well as instrumentation systems for process monitoring and control. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of automation and instrumentation projects that improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Manage the installation, calibration, and integration of field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level sensors) into control systems.
- Lead implementation of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, ensuring seamless interaction between control and instrumentation layers.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure system compatibility and performance optimization.
- Identify and act on opportunities for automation, digitization, and instrumentation upgrades.
- Ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements and internal standards for functionality, safety, and cybersecurity.
- Strong background in control systems and industrial instrumentation, including field device selection, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing complex automation projects in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Solid understanding of system integration—instrumentation to PLCs to SCADA/HMI.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on safety, compliance, and quality.
