Risk and Change Manager Location: Charleroi / Farciennes, Belgium Focus: 30% Risk Management, 70% Change Management We are seeking an experienced Risk and Change Manager to join a project management consultancy team delivering large, complex construction projects in Belgium. This role suits someone who thrives with senior stakeholders, values structure, and can balance detailed analysis with clear communication. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage Early Warning Notification (EWN), risk, and change processes. </li><li>Lead EWN, risk, and change review meetings with stakeholders. </li><li>Track, escalate, and communicate risks and change orders. </li><li>Maintain accurate risk and change databases and documentation. </li><li>Assess impacts, costs, and schedule implications with subject matter experts. </li><li>Develop stress-test scenarios for extreme risks. </li><li>Prepare risk and change updates for monthly reports. </li><li>Track project contingency and change order logs; report directly to the project owner. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with strong risk/change management expertise. </li><li>Experience on large-scale, complex construction projects. </li><li>Familiarity with risk tools (Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk) and ARM, Xactium, or RiskPredict. </li><li>Knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, and PMI risk guidelines. </li><li>Strategic and analytical mindset; detail-focused and organized. </li><li>Fluent in English; legal right to work in Belgium; willing to relocate to Farciennes. </li><li>Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments. </li></ul>
