The role involves HSE support to the Converter station construction, HSE support to the construction of the Battery Storage facility (BESS) and HSE support to the Norwich Main / National Grid interface. The construction projects are at the same base location. Main scope of works currently being undertaken are the Mechanical and Electrical commissioning phase of the projects. Travel expenses are not chargeable to the base location. However, flexibility is required for occasional off project site visits for company and supplier internal/external meetings, which may also be overseas. • The shift pattern is a 5-day a week rotation (Mondays - Friday), 10-hour days. • There may be some flexibility for occasional working from home if authorised by project management. • Applicants must be local to the project and are expected to live within 60 minutes travel time of the site. Ensure that all technical and administrative documents are complete, version-controlled, reviewed, and archived according to project requirements. This role generally supports the Document Manager. The work location is the Autarkie construction site in Biblis. Position Objective Ensure an organized and traceable document flow between all project stakeholders (engineering, suppliers, client). Main Tasks Document Management: Maintain, store, and version all project documents in the DMS (e.g., technical drawings, specifications, test reports, manuals).
