The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. You’ll collaborate with the Talent Sourcing Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand the staffing needs. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled workers within various departments.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and align job postings according to Umicore standards.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Technical profile requirements
- 7 Years experience within Recruitment , preferably in a similar industry
- Experience with recruitment of different type of profiles (Blue & white color .)
- Experience managing high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations related to hiring.
- Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS (SuccessFactors, ...)
Must be fluent in English and Dutch also.
