You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for a fast-paced industrial environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and high-performance manufacturing.

A leading global company in the materials and clean technology industry is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join its team. You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for a fast-paced industrial environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and high-performance manufacturing.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20–25 vacancies across multiple departments.
- Create engaging, on-brand job postings and source candidates through diverse channels.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain a long-term talent pipeline and network across technical and blue-collar profiles.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
- At least 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years focused on blue-collar hiring.
- Strong understanding of Belgian labour laws and recruitment compliance.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of SHL assessment tools (OPQ, MQ, G ) is an advantage.
- High proficiency in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred).
- Are proactive, resilient, and thrive in a collaborative but fast-moving environment.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy, building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.
- Can balance multiple priorities while delivering a great candidate experience.
- Onsite work required minimum 3 days per week at offices in Hoboken and Olen (full-time during onboarding).
