The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities at the project site. This includes ensuring safety compliance, supervising personnel, managing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience as Site Manager (minimum 5 years) in steel industry applications such as CCL, CGL, etc
The Site Manager will perform the following tasks:

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities at the project site. This includes ensuring safety compliance, supervising personnel, managing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience as Site Manager (minimum 5 years) in steel industry applications such as CCL, CGL, etc
The Site Manager will perform the following tasks:
- Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and review project plans, schedules, and costs.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular safety awareness sessions at site based on standards, as well as training sessions for the site team.
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and customer regulations.
- Manage and efficiently coordinate the resources allocated at site.
- Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders and the client.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Address issues or conflicts that arise during construction and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot and overcome challenges.
- Foster positive relationships with the client by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
- Ensure proper and accurate progress reporting.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager and Project Director, ensure proper claim management.
