With more than 140 years of experience and 5,200 highly skilled professionals, we bring tailor-made solutions, innovation and new technologies to our customers’ projects, ensuring that they are performed safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Department description and responsibilities
Environmental Netherlands (Amsterdam), we are looking for temporary support in recruitment & talent acquisition. The focus is both on achieving immediate hiring goals and developing a sustainable action plan that addresses the specific challenges of the Dutch labour market.
Responsibilities:
Short term (0–3 months):
-Provide hands-on support for current vacancies.
-Analyse the current recruitment approach and processes.
Medium term (3–9 months):
-Develop and implement a concrete recruitment plan with KPIs.
-Establish structural collaborations with schools, colleges, and universities.
-Set up and optimize cooperation with search agencies and external partners.
-Maximize the use of LinkedIn (and other sourcing tools if applicable).
Long term (9 months):
-Advise on and contribute to a sustainable employer branding strategy.
- Embed a structural and future-proof recruitment policy.
Profile
-Strong background in recruitment (corporate and/or agency).
-Extensive knowledge of the Dutch labour market and relevant sourcing channels.
Experience with:
-Collaborations with educational institutions (internships, theses, traineeships).
-Cooperation and contracting with search agencies.
-Optimization of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
-Affinity with employer branding, labour market communication, and compensation policies.
-Analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented: able to operate on both operational and strategic levels.
-Experienced stakeholder manager, accustomed to advising both HR and business stakeholders.
Practical details:
Location: Amsterdam, hybrid work possible after first month. Start date: As soon as possible. Duration: Initially 3 months, with the option to extend. Languages: Dutch and English.
