Department description and responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join the client's HR / Talent Acquisition team supporting the Fuel Cells & Stationary Catalysis operations at the Bayport (Pasadena, TX) site, part of client's broader North American manufacturing and commercial network. The team is responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring talent across professional, technical and specialist positions in support of the site's operational and strategic objectives.

Project description
This assignment provides temporary reinforcement to the Talent Acquisition team to manage open vacancies at the Bayport site, while the client evaluates its longer-term TA staffing model for the location. The engagement starts as a 3-month contract, with a long-term collaboration envisioned depending on business needs and performance.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes for professional, technical and specialist roles across the assigned scope.
o Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings and define candidate profiles, hiring priorities and timelines.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing / headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and other channels. o Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring roles.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring teams, including scheduling and
feedback collection.
• Provide guidance, market insights and offer/compensation recommendations to hiring managers throughout the process. [toegevoegd op basis van benchmark]
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage, acting as a brand ambassador for the client. [toegevoegd op basis van benchmark]
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion) and provide regular hiring progress updates. [specifieker gemaakt t.o.v. origineel]
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, recruitment procedures and applicable US federal, Texas state and local employment regulations.

Technical profile requirements
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, within a corporate or international environment.
• Strong direct sourcing / headhunting experience, incl. Boolean search and passive-candidate outreach.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical or specialist positions; manufacturing/industrial recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and compliant recruitment practices (EEO, ADA, etc.).

Non-Technical profile requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to build effective relationships with hiring managers and leaders at different organizational levels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating within an international, matrixed organization
• Adaptability and resilience, given the contract/temporary nature of the assignment.

Language proficiencies
• Fluent in English
• Other languages are a plus

Location
• Bayport / Pasadena, Texas
• Hybrid working: ca. 2–3 days/week on-site presence required, remainder remote. • More onsite presence during the first months can be requested

• Duration: initial 3-month contract; long-term collaboration/extension envisioned depending on business needs.
