The Opportunity
We are seeking two experienced Technical OT Project Managers to lead Operational Technology (OT) intake and handover activities across several major renewable energy projects. Acting as the key interface between project delivery teams and operational stakeholders, you will ensure a smooth transition of OT systems from construction and commissioning into operational ownership. 

This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, SCADA/OT knowledge, stakeholder engagement skills, and technical governance experience. You will work closely with EPC teams, package managers, OT specialists, and operational personnel to ensure that all technical, operational, and cybersecurity requirements are met before assets are transferred into generation. 

Key Responsibilities
As the Technical OT Project Manager, you will:

• Act as the primary OT point of contact for asset project handovers into Generation.
• Coordinate closely with EPC engineers, package teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure operational teams fully understand the design and functionality of new sites.
• Manage and coordinate reviews of:
  • Network diagrams
  • Asset registers
  • Preventive maintenance plans
  • Level 2 and Level 3 manuals
  • Spare parts lists
  • ICS asset inventories
• Oversee SAP asset uploads and documentation reviews.
• Collect, review, and distribute FAT and SAT reports.
• Ensure critical WTG and SCADA data flows are established for operational, reporting, and analytical purposes.
• Coordinate OT-related training and readiness activities.
• Facilitate Identity & Access Management handovers.
• Drive OT security deliverables, including:
  • Initial and detailed OT security risk assessments
  • Residual risk reviews
  • OT security implementation evidence
  • Compliance with global and regional requirements
• Support system readiness approvals and internal handovers to operational OT teams.
• Manage risks, assumptions, snags, and acceptance activities throughout the transition process. [Technical...ct Manager | Word]

Required Experience
To be successful, you should possess:

• Proven experience working with SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Strong project management experience within industrial, energy, utilities, or renewable energy environments.
• Understanding of IEC 62443 and OT cybersecurity principles.
• Experience coordinating technical handovers, commissioning, or operational readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing and managing clear, high-quality technical documentation.
• A structured, delivery-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
