Offshore Operations Support

Purpose To ensure that the offshore subsea equipment spread is operated and maintained in an efficient, organised, and controlled manner in accordance with manufacturer operating manuals and project procedures. Carry out engineering duties within the back deck / subsea department, supporting the subsea team under the direction of the senior subsea lead. Develop technical knowledge and operational awareness to become fully conversant with the senior subsea engineer role. These roles are ideal for hands-on technicians with experience in data centers, healthcare facilities, government sites, or other critical environments where uptime and operational excellence are essential. You will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems that support continuous operations, helping to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical facilities.
