Here at Earthstream we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical QA/QC Engineeer to join one of europe's fastest growing lithium-ion battery manufacturers. They require your expertise on the construction of one of their groundbreaking production facilities.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans for the different projects.
- Stablish and Implement effective quality management to support project activities.
- Set up and develop QAQC procedures, ITP, report KPIs, and support project activities with EPC contractors .
- Monitor test packs for incorporation into as-built dossiers
- Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QC manager.
- Working closely with MEP teams for system closeout.
- Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers
- Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings
- Takes the lead on resolving all Non-conformance Reports (NCR's)
- Close out all project items ensuring Zero defects at handover.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in ELECTRICAL Engineering
- +10 Years' experience in a QA/QC ELECTRICAL lead role.
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Track record of successful ELECTRICAL Works for Large Scale Installation.
- Recent experience working on large scale industrial projects
- ISO 9001:2015 (Added advantage), Lead Auditor or Auditor certification.
- Experience on European Projects and used to European Electrical Standards and Codes, IEC, IEEE, European directives
- CE Marking, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC amongst others, and ATEX 99, Directive 94/4EC, & 2014/34/EU experience is a must.
- ATEX Inspector certification.
- Excellent in building trust and communications in relations with parties involved in the construction

Here at Earthstream we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Project QA/QC Manager to join one of Europe's fastest growing lithium-ion battery manufacturers. The require your expertise on the construction of one of their gigafactories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Defining, internal team communicating and managing the Project Quality Construction Activities through an approved and operating Project Quality Plan, ensuring communication and Notification with Contractors.
- Stablish a sound RFI and NFI System to allow attendance of inspections (W & H intervention points) as required by ITPS for all disciplines and parties.
- Manage and coordinate QAQC Supervisor for all disciplines and different areas involved on the erection, Test Pack Engineers, QAQC Welding Engineers and inspectors (structure, piping, welding, equipment, EI&C, painting, insulation.).
- Takes the lead on resolving all Non-conformance Reports (NCR's) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs), with an emphasis on investigating root cause analysis, identifying trends, and driving improvements.
- Analyse Client´s Specifications or Minimum Functional Specifications for Equipment's to be Contractor or Vendor Supplied.
- Laisse with Document control for approved of related Construction Documents.
- To coordinate the resolution of all matters pertaining to Quality at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
- Chair and document daily, weekly and Monthly QA meetings with Contractor and the Site QAQC team and lead the Project Quality Management Review based on effective data review and analyses.
- Participate in project close out activities by facilitating closure of all project quality actions.
- Implement a structured approach towards systems handover / project completion
- To coordinate the resolution of all matters pertaining to Quality at the Site Construction and the Management Team and at project supervisor levels.
- To coordinate the handover of all Quality Records on a system-by-system basis.
- Effect good communication with block managers and package owners and report to Quality Management.
- Working alongside Swedish personnel and understanding the Swedish codes of practice.
- Familiarized with CE Marking of equipment and fabrication PED 2014/68/EU, CE Marking.
- European Directive for Machinery & ATEX Directive * (94/EC, 2014/34/EU, 99…)
- Electrical Installation requirements (below 1000 Volt) EN 7671, and code of practice for Instrumentation in process control systems EN 6739…
Requirements:
- MSc degree in relevant engineering and quality management discipline.
- 16+ years working experience in Project Quality during the Construction and handover phase.
- Thorough understanding of quality principles, regulatory quality systems, internal business systems, and processes is essential.
- Substantial experience & qualifications of Large construction projects, including equipment installation, commissioning and completions
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Track record of successful for Large Scale Projects and Installations.
- Experience on CE marking PED 97/23/CE or 2014/68/EC and Machinery Directives.
- Used to work with European Norms and European standards, Pressure Vessel Codes, EN 13445, ISO 5199, ANSI/HI 9.1-9.6, ISO 21049, NFPA 22, EN 12573. API 650
- ISO 9001:2015 (Added advantage), Lead Auditor or Auditor certification.
- Good organisational and planning skills, excellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathy.
