Offshore Operations Support

Purpose To ensure that the offshore subsea equipment spread is operated and maintained in an efficient, organised, and controlled manner in accordance with manufacturer operating manuals and project procedures. Carry out engineering duties within the back deck / subsea department, supporting the subsea team under the direction of the senior subsea lead. Starting his career in 2008, he has expanded his expertise from the UK market to encompass Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Chris' responsibilities include maintaining a compliant contract business spanning 80+ countries and adeptly managing major turnkey projects, ensuring adherence to budget, resource allocation, and strict timeframes. His leadership and deep industry knowledge have solidified his reputation as a trusted leader, driving EarthStream's success in the EMEA region.

Dan brings 12 years of recruitment experience across both the IT and Engineering sectors, with a proven track record of supporting clients and candidates on complex, high-value projects. He began his career in IT recruitment, partnering with organisations delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and transformation programmes before transitioning into Engineering recruitment.  Since then, Dan has specialised in providing talent solutions across the offshore wind sector, major EPC projects, mission-critical environments, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and other large-scale industrial developments. His extensive industry knowledge and consultative approach enable him to connect skilled professionals with the organisations driving some of the world's most significant infrastructure and engineering projects.
