The role will co-ordinate the client site representatives and and site information within the project. The role will facilitate resolution of site-based issues to ensure that employers risks are mitigated through regular/adhoc meetings, discussions, ensuring adequate recording of such. The role will be required to have experience in site management of HV substation construction, including technical knowledge of civil engineering, HV Mechanical & Electrical Installations, testing & commissioning of HV systems and cables. The consultant will act as the central coordination point for SCADA commissioning, working across contractors, engineering teams, and commissioning management to ensure seamless execution. The role requires both technical depth and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder EPC environment. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission‑critical construction projects across the United States. This role will play a key part in managing high‑value, fast‑paced projects where safety, quality, and schedule adherence are critical to success. You will oversee site operations from pre‑construction through close‑out, working closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure world‑class project delivery in environments where uptime and reliability are paramount.
