Role Purpose To provide independent HSE assurance and oversight in support of the Principal Contractor’s duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, ensuring that Contractors plan and execute their works safely and in compliance with PC/CDM requirements, without harm to people or the environment. The HSE Expert will act as the Principal Contractor’s HSE representative on site, supporting and verifying that Contractors discharge their own HSE responsibilities. Starting his career in 2008, he has expanded his expertise from the UK market to encompass Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Chris' responsibilities include maintaining a compliant contract business spanning 80+ countries and adeptly managing major turnkey projects, ensuring adherence to budget, resource allocation, and strict timeframes. His leadership and deep industry knowledge have solidified his reputation as a trusted leader, driving EarthStream's success in the EMEA region.

Dan brings 12 years of recruitment experience across both the IT and Engineering sectors, with a proven track record of supporting clients and candidates on complex, high-value projects. He began his career in IT recruitment, partnering with organisations delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and transformation programmes before transitioning into Engineering recruitment.  Since then, Dan has specialised in providing talent solutions across the offshore wind sector, major EPC projects, mission-critical environments, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and other large-scale industrial developments. His extensive industry knowledge and consultative approach enable him to connect skilled professionals with the organisations driving some of the world's most significant infrastructure and engineering projects.
