To include inventory, tool, certification and calibration, PPE and waste management. Follow the waste management plan that looks to segregates the waste streams at source, allows clear identification and storage of waste onboard the vessel and a controlled and efficient demobilisation process to shore side receptacles. Maintain communication channels and points of contacts between the offshore team, the SOV back office and the shore based fleet team. To include stock adjustments process, PPE and tooling requirements, certification & calibration, adhoc parts requests for trouble shooting and quality checks/ queries. Collation of picklists / requests from the Senior Technicians and /or Stores Manager. Create, identification and quality checking of service bundles/kits for the next 24 hours work prior to mobilisation. Respond to adhoc requests from the service teams on the WTG’s and clear handover to the Single point of contact for the vessel crew for all craning and deck work both operational at sea and alongside the quay. In collaboration with the SOV Stores Manager support the planning of port calls with vessel team, shore-based teams communicating same to all stakeholders, ensuring that port call activities are planned and implemented to mitigate risk of vessel delay. Project Manager – Electrical (LV/ELV) We are looking for an experienced LV/ELV Project Manager to lead electrical systems delivery on a mission-critical data centre project. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth coordination across all stakeholders. Offshore Senior HSE Advisor Description: Description & Responsibilities: The Senior HSE advisor promotes and provides professional expert knowledge and guidance to managers, supervisors, employees and contractors on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations. And supports identification and elimination of potential hazards and ensures control measures are in place. Decision authority: The QHSE function is not the exclusive owner of HSE and therefore does not hold the authority to determine HSE performance on its own. However, a HSE Advisor is a subject matter expert and can therefore contribute to decision-making based on personal level of understanding of the business and the interdependencies with other departments. Requirements and Qualifications: • English language skills. • Relevant academic or technical background. • Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/ offshore windfarm construction. • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills. • IT literate (Microsoft office package, knowledge of Synergi is an advantage). • Knowledge of route cause analysis and incident investigation. • Demonstratable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE. • Completed NEBOSH; (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification. • In date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS). • Current clean UK driver’s license. Desirable qualifications/experience: • QHSE BSC, Diploma or equivalent level 6 qualification. • NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Management qualifications. • Qualified/certified Auditor. • Experienced in delivery of training courses / material. • Prior client experience is beneficial. The consultant must comply with and provided client training and medical requirements. Working conditions / Locations: The role will initially be onshore based, working from the site office at Humberside airport. Once offshore works commence, the work will be both onshore and offshore. Flexibility is required for occasional off project site visits for company and supplier internal/external meetings, which may also be overseas. • The normal shift pattern for onshore works is a 5-day week (Monday – Friday), 8-hour days. • There may be some flexibility for occasional working from home if authorised by project management. Office location: Hornsea Zone, Humberside Airport, Kirmington, North Lincolnshire. DN39 6YH IT: • Required IT equipment (laptop etc.) is supplied by the client. <ul><li>The Consultant must bring their own iPhone. External consultants’ equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up to date with the latest iOS release.</li><li>The owner must allow client Air Watch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by client staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime.</li><li>The owner must grant approval for client to remove apps, data, and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to client security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit. When an external consultant leaves the client, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all client apps and data.</li><li>The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with client Air Watch security and management software.</li></ul> Special Terms: • Option to extend up to 12 months.
