Dan specialises in providing talent solutions across the renewables industry, helping global organisations to achieve net-zero. Dan is currently heading up EarthStream’s Cable Engineering division, supporting international clients in finding the leading talent in onshore and offshore cable design, manufacturing, installation and construction across Renewable Energy, LNG and Communications. He has proven experience of successfully delivering solutions to ensure that project deadlines are achieved on time and to budget. Over the years Dan has worked on a variety of exciting programmes, one of his highlights being on supporting the SMIP (Smart Metering Implementation programme) where he was responsible for the building of a 20-person architecture team for a leading communications provider in the UK, which he successfully completed.
